Companies stay separate
LaneOne is built so one fleet cannot see another fleet’s trips, drivers, files, or messages. This page explains that isolation in plain language.
Separate companies
Each carrier is its own account. When someone signs in, the session is tied to one company and checked again on the server. There is no cross-fleet view of the product.
What stays inside your company
Day-to-day records remain scoped to the fleet that created them:
- Trips and dispatch board activity
- Drivers, equipment, and invites
- Documents, proof of delivery, and related files
- Messages and operational notes stored in the product
- Invoices and settlement records when those modules are enabled
Another fleet on LaneOne cannot open those records. That is a product rule, not only a policy sentence.
Public signup
Public signup is off. Platform master creates fleets and assigns Starter, Growth, Fleet, or Enterprise, with user, driver, and truck caps. That keeps unknown accounts from landing next to a live carrier.
What platform staff can do
Platform master opens companies, sets packages, and helps with access. It is not a casual browser for another company’s trips, proof of delivery, chat, or GPS history. Operational data belongs to the fleet that created it.
Integrations and your credentials
Partners such as Samsara or Motive use each fleet’s own API token. The connection stays paused until those credentials are saved. Tokens are for that company’s integrations. They are not shared with other fleets.
Hours of Service
Hours of Service is not included. LaneOne does not read an ELD or show a driving clock. Where telematics is on the package, the sync is location only.
This site and the app
LaneOneHQ.com is the marketing site. Product login is at app.LaneOneHQ.com/login. Screenshots here come from a demo fleet and do not show a customer account.
Privacy requests
For a privacy request, email support@laneonehq.com. For sales or a new fleet, use info@laneonehq.com.
Changes
We may update this page as the product changes. The commitment stays the same: fleets do not see each other’s operational data. Last reviewed in 2026.
