EDI is the shipper mailbox: inbound 204, and outbound 214, 210, and 990. One trading partner is one shipper. An ACE / ACI lane is one port of entry on the e-manifest record, with BorderConnect. Drafts stay in LaneOne until that partner URL is set. A local copy is not a CBP or CBSA release. Telematics is one, two, or all of Samsara, Motive, and ORBCOMM. That sync is not Hours of Service, and an ELD is not an add-on. FourKites and project44 are the visibility pipes. QuickBooks Online and Sage 50 start with invoicing, so they are not a Starter add-on. Twilio SMS stays a platform service, not a per-fleet text pack.
Ask about add-onsHours of Service is not included on any package. LaneOne does not read an ELD or show a driving clock. Payroll here is a settlement review — it does not file taxes, remit to the CRA, or use QuickBooks Payroll. Public signup stays off. Platform master opens the company and sets the package.
Every system LaneOne connects. QuickBooks, Samsara, and EDI are on Growth, Fleet, and Enterprise. They stay paused until that fleet saves its own credentials.

All packages
Resend sends LaneOne product mail, and fleet invoice or pay-sheet mail, when it is configured. Twilio sends SMS when it is configured. Fleets do not paste those keys. QuickBooks uses Intuit OAuth. Samsara, Motive, ORBCOMM, FourKites, project44, Sage 50, BorderConnect, Breakthrough Fuel, and EDI stay paused until the owner saves a token, and a live call runs only when that partner’s URL is set. LaneOne vault and OpenStreetMap need no partner account.
Resend and OpenStreetMap marks are Simple Icons (CC0). QuickBooks, Twilio, ORBCOMM, and Sage wordmarks are public-domain files. Samsara, Motive, project44, and Breakthrough Fuel marks are those companies’ SVGs, stored locally. FourKites and BorderConnect marks are those companies’ site logos. The EDI mark is LaneOne’s, for the 204 / 214 / 210 mailbox.
The counts on this page are the presets the product holds. There is no unlimited claim.
Public signup is off. Platform master creates the fleet and sets Starter, Growth, Fleet, or Enterprise with the matching caps.
Users, drivers, and trucks are product rules, not only a contract line. Need more seats or units? Ask us to raise the package.
Board, drivers, documents, and map start on Starter. Invoices, settlements, EDI, and telematics open on the higher packages where the table says so.
